If your aging loved one lives in a different state or town and you need assistance with transportation for a move or vacation, our experienced team will provide an RN and MSW to travel with the client for non-emergent medical transportation. We arrange all transportation through ground and air, provide medication and clinical management for the duration of the trip, work with transferring and receiving facilities and doctors to ensure a safe transition, This service offers our clients a more cost-effective approach to moving your loved one.
