We were getting truly desperate and the pandemic was not making things any easier. Finding Legacy Navigation Services was a godsend to my sister and I! We were unexpectedly asked to take on caregiving duties for our grandmother who really needed to be in an assisted living facility, but who did not have the finances to do so. Between work, family obligations, and new caregiving responsibilities, my sister and I had no time to also educate ourselves on Idaho Medicaid rules and process, much less spend the time dealing with applications and phone calls. Legacy Navigation handled it all for us! Their expert knowledge of the system and the rules helped to guide us down the best path for my grandmother. There are no words to express the role that Legacy Navigation played in helping my family get through the red tape involved in navigating the Medicaid process, as well as their assistance in helping to place my mom in a wonderful assisted living community. Jessica, Brooke, and Michelle work as a well-oiled machine. They have all, in one way or another, played a key role in ensuring we achieved the proper outcome for our situation. Jessica spent a great deal of time with me before we signed up with them to walk through the Medicaid process and their role in helping to facilitate the process. Once we agreed to sign on with them, the 3 of them collectively spent innumerable hours working in partnership with us, and in some cases, with financial institutions, facilities, etc., to make sure we had everything necessary for our application.
